Service Description
Personalised English lessons with your goals and targets in mind, whether you are trying to improve your Business English, your vocabulary range, your presentation skills or interviewing for a job or university, together we will create a flexible learning plan that will quickly leave you feeling more confident and more capable.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a lesson please contact, at least 24 hours before the lesson is due to start. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged for the lesson. If you will be late to the lesson please send a message letting us know you will still be attending but will be joining later. You will still be charged for the whole lesson. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please do so 24 hours before the start time. If purchasing a plan: All lessons must be used within 3 months of purchasing the plan. Any lessons not used within the 3 months will be lost. Rescheduling a lesson is possible up to 24 hours before the start time of the lesson. If you need to cancel a lesson please do so more than 24 hours before the start time of the lesson. Any lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time will be charged to your account. If you will be late to a lesson please let us know as soon as possible, you will still be charged for the entire amount of the lesson. If the teacher is late or cancels a lesson without a valid explanation please contact contacttheenglishcat@gmail.com
